TeleSciences Group is the legal integrated entity of three companies known as: RapidCloud, Tasslelane Technologies and TeleSciences. All three companies however, operate as business units within the TeleSciences Group. TeleSciences Group specializes in the supply and full integration of telecommunications equipment to network operators, fixed line and wireless, throughout Southern Africa. Combined, the three companies bring 35 years of experience to the telecommunications environment.

TeleSciences (Pty) Ltd is a wholly owned telecommunications division of Jasco Electronics Holdings Ltd ("Jasco"). Jasco has been a leading player in the technology business for three decades.

Jasco was founded in 1976 and listed on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange in 1987. In 2003 Jasco concluded a BEE transaction with Community Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("CIH") through the acquisition of Tasslelane Technologies (Pty) Ltd.

In June 2008 Jasco concluded a partnership with AfroCentric which moved Jasco from a black controlled company to a 60% black owned company.
